Space Rental

The Hub is available for meetings and lectures, one-night event rentals, as well as longer-term rentals, as our scheduling allows.

It's best to start discussing longer terms rentals many months in advance if possible. The Hub is a 1200 square foot gallery/exhibition/performance space, located in a former warehouse on Bay Street. There are no internal walls, pillars, or other obstructions to sightlines. There is one opaque window in the front of the space which is easily covered up. The Hub has one small refrigerator and a refreshment sales stand.

The Hub charges rental fees competitive with other similar spaces in Nassau. Please contact us for details, we're happy to work out a reasonable deal for use of our space.

Ample street parking is available around The Hub. The Hub does not provide a secured parking area.
